Home monitoring starts at $49.99/month and is included in every J&J package with free installation. Commercial monitoring runs $45–$100/month depending on the system. Video and smart home features add roughly $5–$15/month.
The monitoring center receives the signal within seconds, calls the contacts on your list to verify, and dispatches police, fire or EMS to your address if the alarm isn’t cancelled with your passcode. Fire and CO alarms dispatch immediately. You also get an app notification at the same time.
In most cases, yes. We take over ADT, Vivint, Brinks and locally installed systems by reprogramming or replacing the communicator, and monitor them at our standard rates.
Yes. The IQ4 panel communicates over LTE cellular, with Wi-Fi as a second path. Monitoring continues through internet and power outages thanks to the panel’s battery backup.
